For my Special Event Shopping Service, my challenge is to help you find the perfect and most flattering outfit, that will give you the confidence to present yourself at your best! But the challenge I also like to give myself, is choosing an outfit that can be re- used for lots of other occasions or even better, to incorporate it to your daily casual outfits.
My client, Silvia, was first looking for an outfit for her best friends wedding, in summer, in Rome on the beach…. Instead of a summer dress, we opted for a jumpsuit (COS), where she felt super comfortable yet elegant, and knowing that she could wear this jumpsuit also on casual occasions (bonus!!), or for another special event! For the Italian beach wedding, we chose cute yellow heels, and a fun summery tie dye blouse (Zara), to give the navy blue jumpsuit a fresh and cool lift. The rattan bag, was a super lovely touch to round up her outfit.
Later in the year, she had a special film festival event, where she contacted me slightly worried that she didn’t have anything for the red carpet! I reminded her about her awesome jumpsuit and suggested to combine it with a cute short bolero blazer, which she also found in Zara, a clutch (which she owned already) and her yellow heels from the wedding. The photos she sent me, made me so proud an happy. She looks elegant, confident, radiant and unique. Thank you for sharing these moments!
